Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
  • The item is not listed as final sale or non-returnable

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or if the product is defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we’ll guide you through the process.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., bedding, towels, or face masks)

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
